A Guide to Escaping the Clutches of Your Negative Emotions!

When working out in a gym or at home, you know how much the body resists. You put the body and yourself through tremendous pain. Day in and Day out.
You fail to control it. The body fights back and it wins.
But do it with persistence with each time coming close to knowing thyself little by little. And one day the bodys resistance gives in!
You become its master (and youself)!
And soon the reverse momentum builds.
Your body now pushes you to exercise and takes the lead to a new and better body on its own. Without requiring much interferance or focus from your end.
Every resistance has its limit. When you keep hammering against the wall and learn from the process, the wall one day gives in!
A similar technique works for gaining control over the negative emotions.
If you again and again expose youself to situations where the negative emotions do not allow you to move forward.
If you keep observing everytime how the emotions try every trick in the playbook to control you.
If you keep fighting it out with tooth and nail.
If you keep picking youself up after every fall.
If you push forward with persistance regardless of how much your emotions cloud you away from doing the right thing...
This helps you break free of you negative emotions as one day the emotions realise your indominable will and given in!
Now after the conquest, the negative emotions do not look negative anymore. They become a sign and also a tool to use in certain situations to do the right thing. They are no more taking you in the wrong direction. They are no more masking you from doing the right action.
So, put yourself out. Bear the torture that emotions bring and with persistence one day excape from the clutches of it!
